M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) resurfacing project closing a lane on 16 Mile Road (Metro Parkway)

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Beginning 7 a.m. Monday, July 10, 16 Mile Road (Metro Parkway) will have only two lanes open at M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) the end of July.
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing $22.6 million to resurface M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) between 14 Mile Road and Wellington Crescent in Macomb County.
The project includes resurfacing 3.3 miles of M-3 (Gratiot Avenue), along with concrete curb and gutter, drainage improvements, upgrades to sidewalks with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps, installation of new modernized traffic signals, sign replacements, and pavement markings.For project updates, visit the M-3 project website, or follow on Facebook or Twitter.
