LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has closed a section of the Grand River under M-106/US-127 Business Route (BR) (Cooper Street) between Washington Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for bridge replacement in Jackson.
