Online Auction Sale
MDOT has expanded the way it sells excess real estate to include online auctions. Through DTMB-MiBid, MDOT posts properties from around the state that are no longer necessary for transportation purposes. To ensure access to MDOT's online real estate auctions, individuals will need to register for MiLogin Access in order to place bids. Please go to Register for MiLogin Access.
Property Disposal
MDOT periodically licenses, leases or sells real estate it deems no longer needed for transportation purposes, through a sealed-bid sale, auction sale, or over-the-counter sale.
