M-119 culvert replacement project in Harbor Springs starts March 20

GAYLORD, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest nearly $1.9 million to replace a large culvert beneath M-119 between Emmet Heights Road and Hoyt Road in the City of Harbor Springs and stabilize adjacent roadside slopes.
