Child Placing Agency Letters

The Child Welfare Program has initiated a Letter Series for the purpose of improving communication with child placing agencies

 

The letters are sequentially numbered for easy reference and used as the method to inform licensees of the following:

  • Changes in procedures and policies which will affect licensees.
  • Changes regarding administrative rules for child placing agencies.
  • Information such as amendments to Act No. 116 of the Public Acts of 1973, as amended.
