Lane closures on M-63 Blossomland Bridge start May 5 in St. Joseph

COLOMA, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be inspecting the M-63 Blossomland Bridge over the St. Joseph River, which will require daytime single-lane closures.
MDOT is performing a routine, detailed inspection of the bascule bridge’s structural, mechanical and electrical components. The bridge may lift during this time as part of normal operations; traffic backups are expected with the lane closures.
