Update: Painting work on Cut River Bridge suspended

ESCANABA, Mich. – Contractors for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) have suspended bridge coating warranty work on the US-2 Heath M. Robinson Memorial Cut River Bridge, Mackinac County. Work started on April 19 and will resume when weather conditions allow. 

The lane closure on the bridge will be removed until work resumes. 

These repairs are being completed at no additional cost to MDOT.
