The ILOS (In Lieu of Services) Implementation Learning Collaborative is designed to bring together Medicaid Health Plans (MHPs), local service providers, and key stakeholders to foster shared learning and support the effective implementation of ILOS programs. This collaborative provides a forum for participants to engage in peer-to-peer learning, access expert guidance, and explore best practices for integrating ILOS into their service offerings, with a focus on strengthening capacity, addressing barriers, and promoting equitable, community-based solutions to improve health outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries.
The ILOS Implementation Learning Collaborative sessions will closely follow the content of the MDHHS-issued ILOS Policy Guidance. Many sessions will be open to all stakeholders collectively involved in implementing ILOS, while others may be tailored to address the specific needs of one group of stakeholders.
