ECC is founded on organizational change and involves 4 pillars:
- Learning opportunities
Facilitated workshops geared towards conceptualizing ECC and social justice principles and beginning a pathway to action. - Technical Assistance
Identify technical assistance needs to support active implementation of an equity and cultural competency lens. - Building the Culture
Ongoing facilitated events, discussions, and activities geared towards building, reinforcing, and normalizing a culture of equity, cultural competency and inclusion. - Evaluation
Assess increased knowledge and monitor progress. Implement continuous quality improvement.
