- Instructions for submitting isolates for bacterial, fungal and mycobacterial identification (DCH-0597). Use these instructions to send mycobacterial isolates with unknown identification or isolates where Mycobacterium tuberculosis has been ruled out. Note: Known isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis must be shipped Category A.
