SDOH Hubs Advisory Council

The SDOH Hubs Advisory Council was established in January 2024. The council's purpose is to guide the implementation of SDOH Hub pilot projects and develop recommendations for future iterations of the SDOH Hub work.

Webinar: Scaling and Sustaining SDOH Hubs: Recommendations from the Advisory Council (January 2025)
On January 28, 2025, the MDHHS Policy and Planning Bureau led a webinar on scaling and sustaining Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Hubs, with key recommendations from the Advisory Council, and featured presentations from three members of the Advisory Council. The discussions highlighted the importance of community engagement, equitable access to services, and the need for a collaborative approach to address barriers and improve health equity.
