Juvenile Competency in Court: Understanding and Applying Michigan's New Law

Wondering how Michigan’s new juvenile competency laws will affect your youngest clients? Join
state and national experts to learn about the legal process for handling competency cases; the
practical aspects of implementing the new laws; and suggestions and information needed for making
legal arguments, decisions, and changes to current administrative practices.
