March 5 2025 Ambulance Policy Reminder Plan First Non Covered

March 5, 2025: Attention Ambulance Providers: As a reminder, ambulance services are a non-covered benefit for beneficiaries with Plan First. These beneficiaries would be considered non-Medicaid covered and would be responsible for all expenses incurred. If Medicaid is billed prior to verifying eligibility, the beneficiary cannot be billed for these services.
