PUBLIC HEARING
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services will host a public hearing to provide an overview and discussion of the Healthy Michigan Plan §1115 Demonstration Waiver Extension Application, where all interested parties will have an opportunity to provide comments.
The hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on October 19, 2017, at the Michigan Public Health Institute, Interactive Learning & Conference Center, 2436 Woodlake Circle, Suite 380, Okemos, MI.
A sign language interpreter will be interpreting during the hearing. The Interactive Learning & Conference Center is an accessible building.
Remote access to the public hearing will be available via webinar at the following link: http://mediasite.mihealth.org/Mediasite/Play/7103dbafd6b74f97a06959967e74932f1d. Participants must be using Internet Explorer to access this link.
