The State of Michigan Vital Records Office has records of births, deaths, and marriages that occurred in Michigan that were filed with the state as early as 1867.

You must first determine the State or area where the birth, death, marriage, or divorce occurred, then select that State or area. Please follow the provided guidelines to ensure an accurate response to your request.

  • Michigan corporations are regulated by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). The Bureau of Commercial Services provides services that enable corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and limited liability partnerships to be formed, and for foreign entities to obtain a certificate of authority to transact business.
