If you have lost your vehicle registration, you may print a copy from your Secretary of State account. Use MiLogin to access your account.

To order a replacement tab online, you will need:
- The license plate number
- Last four digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Payment of the $5 fee with credit or debit card (additional fees apply) or e-check/bank account number
This transaction is not available by mail.
This transaction isn’t available at a self-service station.
You can obtain a replacement tab online and don’t need to visit a Secretary of State office.
