US-41 resurfacing project in Skandia begins April 1

ISHPEMING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing about $5.2 million to resurface nearly 6 miles of US-41 from south of the M-94 east junction to north of Kunde Road in Marquette County. Work includes asphalt crushing, shaping and resurfacing; grading; drainage; guardrail; and pavement markings.
