US-127 work continues April 14 in Gratiot County

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is resuming work on an overall $37 million investment to improve 6.6 miles of US-127 from M-57 to north of Bagley Road in Gratiot County. Work that will be addressed this year includes drainage improvements, milling and paving, indirect left-turn configurations at the Garfield Road intersection, restoration work (including new topsoil and seeding), new lane markings and corrugation, and sign installation.
