Sign, guardrail upgrades begin March 17 in Bay, Saginaw counties

SAGINAW, Mich. -The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing $5.3 million to upgrade signs and overhead sign structures, guardrails and delineators along portions of I-75 in Saginaw County from the Genesee County line north to the Bay County line and in Bay County from the Saginaw County line north to the M-13 connector.
