How do I find information on an event or training offered by EGLE?
Go to Michigan.gov/EGLEevents or navigate to the Outreach tab on the EGLE website and click on Upcoming Events.

How do I register for an EGLE event or training?
You can register for any of our events by selecting the Register Now button on our event listing.

Are there accommodations for special needs or disabilities?
Yes, please contact us at least 10 business days prior to the event. You can contact Joel Roseberry, RoseberryJ@Michigan.gov, or the designated person on the event listing.

How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor of an EGLE Event?

Yes, when providing meals at our conferences or events, we collect dietary restrictions during registration.

Is there a mobile app for the event?
We sometimes use mobile apps for our events, but not all events. If we are using a mobile app, an invite will be sent to all attendees to join in the discussion.

What technology requirements do I need for virtual events?
We are currently using the latest version of Zoom. You can download the latest version of Zoom, by visiting Zoom.us/download.

How can I get a copy of my registration confirmation?
You can resend your registration confirmation by navigating to the event registration site. Once there, you would select the down arrow next to the registration button. An option to re-send your confirmation appears. Select re-send my confirmation email, enter your email address, and if you are registered a copy will be sent to the email we have on file.

How can I get a refund if I can’t attend and need to cancel?

What is the cancellation policy for events?
- For EGLE Virtual events with an associated fee, the general policy is cancellation must be made 48 hours before start of the first session to receive a full refund.
- In person events. The general cancellation policy is 10 business days before the event to receive a full refund. This policy may vary depending on the venue requirements.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, substitutions can be made at any time. Just contact Joel Roseberry, RoseberryJ@Michigan.gov, or Alana Berthold, BertholdA@Michigan.gov.
