Section 16(5)(a) of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, 1996 PA 381 requires that brownfield work plans that have received state approval are reported out each quarter. In accordance with this requirement, works plans approved by EGLE since 2014 are listed in the table below. MEDC also keeps a list of approved work plans.
