The following information has been compiled from Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and in response to the Senate Oversight Committee request for information from the Department around its activities and responses associated with the City of Benton Harbor's drinking water system.

The Department is actively reviewing and preparing more documents for release (i.e. redacting personal identifying information, health information, …) and this page will be updated with that information as it becomes available.
