Intermittent closures on I-675 in Saginaw County delayed until April 4 due to high winds

SAGINAW, Mich. - The temporary full closures and rolling slowdowns scheduled to begin April 3 for utility work on I-675 from N. Michigan Road to the north I-675/I-75 junction have been postponed due to high winds. The utility work has been rescheduled for April 4.

Traffic restrictions:
This work will require temporary full closures and rolling slowdowns throughout the operation in each direction for approximately 15-minute intervals from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. Traffic control will be maintained by the Michigan State Police (MSP). Motorists should expect delays.

This work is weather dependent.

Closing the lanes will ensure the safety of utility workers and motorists as overhead utility lines are installed over the roadway.
