Animal Research Facilities Annual Reports
Public Act 224 of 1969 was recently amended to require certain research facilities to submit an annual report to the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development by March 31 for the preceding year. This report attests that a facility is complying with the new requirements of the act.
The first reporting year is January 1 through December 31, 2024. The first due date is March 31, 2025.
