Our Campus
Welcome to Michigan Career and Technical Institute (MCTI). MCTI is a residential vocational training facility for persons with disabilities. Our location on the shores of Pine Lake in Barry County provides students with a beautiful and peaceful setting for living and learning.
Our fully accessible campus offers a unique blend of support services and state-of-the-art training for jobs needed in business and industry today. The starting point for most students is participation in Career Assessment. Depending on the results of Career Assessment, students may be recommended to enroll in one of the 12 vocational programs.
Students meeting the program requirements may enroll in one of the following trade areas:

All vocational areas have an active Occupational Advisory Council consisting of local and state business representatives. The participation of these councils assures students that the curriculum and equipment presented in their training areas meet the standards of individual business operations.
MCTI is a member of the State-operated Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center Consortium.
