Schedule An Appointment
Schedule an in-person, phone or virtual appointment with a Customer Service Agent.
Appointments can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance. If no appointments are available in the upcoming two weeks, you'll see a message indicating the schedule is full and times are not available well in advance of today's date. Please continue to check back to try to schedule an appointment at a later time.
If you no longer need your scheduled appointment, please cancel it to allow someone else to schedule the time. To cancel, click on the “change appointment” link in the email you received after you scheduled your appointment.
