Students train in a production environment and develop job competencies while operating specialized printing equipment. Students learn to produce brochures, booklets, forms, screen printing and other commercial printed products.
Students gain experience in a restaurant and cafeteria setting where they learn large quantity food preparation, breakfast cookery and serving. Culinary Arts offers ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Allergen certificates.

Students are taught to be skilled, experienced building and commercial custodians. Students gain experience in daily cleaning, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and operating and maintaining custodial equipment.

Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping
Students work as a crew, gaining actual experience on MCTI’s grounds. Students learn how to safely use power equipment and hand tools to maintain lawns and are exposed to snow and ice removal.
Students learn to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment in an industrial/manufacturing setting. Students learn a combination of theory and hands-on skills and may train for industry certificates from Manufacturing Skills Institute (MSI).
Students learn how to maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, mobile devices and printers. Students may be eligible to take five internationally recognized certifications for the IT industry from Certiport and CompTIA.
Students choose a welding or CNC machine track. Welding students focus on MIG and TIG welding. CNC students learn various machining operations such as milling, turning and grinding.
