This Race to Talent™ event provided a unique opportunity for employers to explore the benefits of Registered Apprenticeships and how they can help develop a strong talent pipeline. It presented an opportunity for apprentices, educators, and industry leaders to connect, share insights, and recognize excellence in apprenticeship and workforce development. Participants gained first-hand experience through a guided tour of Roush’s state-of-the-art facilities, where they were able to see apprentices in action.
