Once your request for a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge is received and scheduled. You will receive a hearing notice in the mail with the date, time and location of your hearing. There will also be information regarding Advocacy Assistance. You can request Advocacy Assistance via your MiWAM account or by calling 1-800-638-3994 and selecting option #2 after your hearing has been scheduled.
