The quarterly report is a quick glimpse of State of Michigan project metrics for members of the legislative branch with quarterly updates on Active and Completed IT projects. The metrics consist of customer satisfaction scores, project budget and cost reporting, and Product and Process Quality Assurance (PPQA) compliance scores. Information on project change requests is also available.
For Fiscal Year 2023, the Legislature appropriated $135 million dollars for IT investment. These funds were targeted in recognition of the critical role that IT plays in the delivery of services to citizens, public and private organizations, and State employees.
