PREVAILING WAGE REQUEST TEMPLATE
Architects/Engineers are to request State Prevailing Wage determinations, for DTMB Design & Construction projects only, with this form for incorporation into the General Conditions document. Request is to be emailed to DTMB-PW@michigan.gov (copying the Project Director) a minimum of five (5) business days prior to issuing the project for bidding. Note: Request should not be submitted too early as the Prevailing Wage Determination must be reissued if the contract is not awarded within 90 days of the issuance of the Wage Determination. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your request to be completed and returned.
