SPECIAL LOCAL WATERCRAFT CONTROLS - SAGINAW COUNTY
CASS RIVER - WC-73-93-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Cass river, from a line 200 feet upstream from the Memorial Park Boat launch to the dam, west of the Main Street bridge, all within the city of Frankenmuth, Saginaw county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be place as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

SAGINAW RIVER - WC-73-96-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Saginaw river, all within the city of Saginaw, from the northern edge of the Douglas Schenck bridge north to the southern edge of the Rust Avenue (M-46) bridge, city of Saginaw, Saginaw county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above, shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.
