BLACK RIVER FROM MEYERS CREEK TO BLACK LAKE - R281.716.4 - Slow-no wake speed.
4. On the waters of the Black river, town 36 north, range 1 east, Grant township; town 36 north, range 1 east, Aloha township; town 27 north, range 1 west, Benton township, Cheboygan county, from the mouth of Meyers creek upstream to Black lake, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

CHEBOYGAN RIVER - R281.716.3 - Slow-no wake speed.
3. On the waters of the Cheboygan river, town 37 north, range 1 west; town 38 north, range 1 west, city of Cheboygan, Benton and Inverness townships, Cheboygan county, from outermost end of the west pierhead upstream to Mullet lake, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

CORNWALL CREEK FLOODING - R281.716.5 - Operation of vessel powered by motor.
5. On the waters of Cornwall creek flooding, sections 22, 26 and 27, T33N, R1W, Nunda township, Cheboygan county, it is unlawful to operate a vessel powered by a motor except an electric motor electric motor.

CROOKED RIVER - WC-16-04-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On those portions of the Crooked River, in section 31, town 36 north, range 3 west in Burt township, Cheboygan county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

DOG LAKE FLOODING - R281.716.6 - Operation of vessel powered by motor.
6. On the waters of the Dog lake flooding, sections 1, 2, 3, and 11, T33N, R1W, Nunda township, and sections 34 and 35, T34N, R1W, Walker township, Cheboygan county, it is unlawful to operate a vessel powered by a motor except an electric motor.

INDIAN RIVER AND CONNECTED CHANNELS AND CANALS - R281.716.2 - Slow-no wake speed and high-speed boating prohibited.
2. On the waters of the Indian river and connected natural and artificial channels and canals, section 8, town 35 north, range 2 west, Koehler township; sections 5, 7, 18 and 19, town 35 north, range 2 west, and section 24, town 35 north, range 3 west, Tuscarora township, Cheboygan county:
(a) Between day beacons 25 and 40 and between day beacons 57 and 63, an operator of a vessel shall not:
(i) Operator such vessel at high speed, which means a speed at or above which a vessel reaches a planing condition.
(ii) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis; water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
(b) Between day beacons 40 and 57 and between day beacons 63 and 69, an operator of a vessel shall not exceed a slow-no wake speed, which means a very slow speed whereby the wake or wash created by the vessel would be minimal.

INDIAN RIVER - WC-16-09-001 - Limitation of towing water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
On that portion of the waters of the Indian River between west of the I-75 Bridge and Burt Lake, within Tuscarora township, section 24, town 35 north, range 3 west, county of Cheboygan, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to:
(a) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, tube, or other similar contrivance between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., on Saturdays and Holidays during the months of June, July and August.
The boundaries of the area described above shall be marked with signs and/or buoys. All buoys must be placed as described in the permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

SILVER LAKE - R281.716.1 - Hours for water skiing.
1. On the waters of Silver lake, Wilmot township, county of Cheboygan, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall have in tow or shall otherwise be assisting in the propulsion of a person on water skis, water sleds, surfboards, or other similar contrivance during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day.

TWIN LAKES - R281.716.7 - High-speed boating and water skiing prohibited.
7. On the waters of Twin lakes, sections 2, 3, 34, and 35, T36N, R1E, Grant township, Cheboygan county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

WEBER LAKE - WC-16-95-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Weber lake, all within section 31, range 3 west, town 34 north, Mentor township, Cheboygan county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.
