Recognition plaques are mandatory program requirements for all project locations that have benefitted from Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, Land and Water Conservation Fund and Recreation Passport grant programs. Please note that the 12" X 18" plaques are required. Round medallions are optional and are being offered for grantees that would like to incorporate the program logo into existing signage or to increase the public's awareness of these programs. Once on the vendors website, click "Online Plaque/Medallion Orders" or "Mail Order Form and Installation Instructions."

You may use the following file formats for printing a CMI sign using the vendor of your choice. Signs should be ordered at 11" x 17" in size. An EPS file is provided in case your vendor needs vector art for a larger sign. You can right click on the file format and "save as" or "save target as," or open the file and print or save it.
