BuyNow! Properties

Properties that did not receive successful bids in auctions from previous years have been relisted for sale, and are available for immediate purchase.

Alternate Conservation Organization Properties

During the State Land Review, several properties were classified as “Alternate Conservation Organization (ACO)” parcels to be disposed of by exchange, sale, or transfer to alternate units of government or conservation organizations only. If you are an ACO and interested in acquiring a property currently listed, please complete and submit the corresponding application linked below with a $300.00 payment. The application payment will be applied to the purchase price or exchange value of the property. Please submit all Land Transaction Applications via the mail to the Cashier’s Office. Upon receipt of payment, we will process your request and contact you with additional details. Applications for a purchase or exchange will be considered based on the order in which they are received.

Propose an exchange or purchase of state-owned land

To propose a purchase of state-owned land that is not already identified as surplus land, an application process must be completed as required by Public Act 238 of 2018. We will consider selling such lands if the transaction enhances the management of natural resources or provides other public benefit.

Each application will be evaluated on its own merits.
