How do I get access to OEAA Secure Site

Access to the Office of Educational Assessment and Accountability (OEAA) OEAA Secure Site is managed by each district, school, or nonpublic school. Every public district and nonpublic school must designate at least one administrator-level user who:

  • Is approved by the superintendent or nonpublic school principal
  • Manages user access (approval and removal)
  • Grants access to vendor systems for state assessments
  • Ensures compliance with FERPA guidelines

The OEAA processes requests for district and nonpublic school administrator-level access. All other access requests are reviewed locally.
