As required by federal law, the Annual State Application under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as Amended in 2004 for Federal Fiscal Year 2025 is presented for a period of public review from March 21, 2025, through May 20, 2025.
Written comment will be accepted from March 21, 2025, through April 20, 2025.
The total amount in the financial section represents an amount provided for FFY2024 in the absence of estimated figures provided by the United States Department of Education for FFY 2025.
All input on the federal application will be reviewed and considered in the final version of the document. All written input will be accepted by the Michigan Department of Education Office of Special Education through 5:00 p.m. (EST) April 20, 2025.
