Education Workforce Job Fairs

Developing, supporting and sustaining a high-quality, prepared and collaborative education workforce is a high priority of the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). That's why we are hosting two virtual Education Workforce Job Fairs to connect job seekers and those hiring PK-12 teachers, substitute teachers, bus drivers, custodians, paraprofessionals, secretaries, administrators, and other education-related positions. For more information about the upcoming job fairs, please see below or view the press release

About the Job Fairs

Through a partnership with the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO), this fair will utilize the Radancy platform (formerly Brazen) to ensure Michigan can continue to meet the demands of employers and job seekers - virtually!

The Education Workforce Job Fairs are free of charge for all Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Intermediate School Districts (ISDs), Public School Academies (PSAs), and educator staffing agencies, as well as all job-seeking candidates.

Information for Job Seekers

Job seekers can connect with school districts from across the state. Registration is free. For the virtual job fair(s), it is recommended that jobseekers log on to the platform in advance of the event to upload a resume and complete a profile, including any current areas of certification.

If you'd like to join us as a job seeker for the March event, please register here. If you'd like to join us as a job seeker for the May event, please register here!
