Rose McMann has worked for the Unemployment Insurance Agency for the last 14 years. In her time at the agency, she has worked as a direct customer service examiner, adjudicator, a working out of class lead worker for 3 years and been on several different projects. She has experience in claim filing, adjudication, problem solving and working with the public. Rose is also a trainer for the Center of Learning and Development and has trained multiple classes over the years.
As a liaison for the Agency, she has been in charge for the last 3 years of the committee that donates Easter baskets to the Underground Railroad located in Saginaw. This project raises funds within the Agency to assemble and donate the baskets for distribution to families in need.
Rose's area of service includes the following counties: Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, Tuscola.
