Earle B. Higgins, Sr., is a seasoned professional with over 41 years of experience in the automotive industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Behavior and Language Arts from Eastern Michigan University. Earle has dedicated more than 27 years to managerial and superintendent roles at Chrysler Corporation North American Operations (NAO), where he has excelled in leadership, innovation, relationship building, and driving results through teamwork and goal accomplishment. His experience has afforded him significant exposure to key executives and contacts throughout the automotive sector. In addition to his managerial expertise, Earle is an accomplished inventor, holding United States Patent #9,016,490 for a Modular Container System, as well as a new patent, #16/711,421, for an Apparatus and Method for Handling Cargo (Bi-Directional Loader). Pro-Tech Group LLC’s application to participate in the Modular Collapsible Contained System and Apparatus and Method for Handling Cargo project. Pro-Tech Group is a Michigan company that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and developing innovative transportation, warehousing, and logistics equipment. Their flagship product, the patented Bi-Directional Loader System, is poised to revolutionize material handling. across various industries, addressing longstanding safety challenges while enhancing operational capabilities. The Bi-Directional Loader System and its enhanced maneuverability are versatile enough to optimize logistics in a variety of sectors, both the military and commercial. In addition to meeting immediate operational needs, the design of the Bi-Directional Loader System aligns with long-term industry trends that emphasize safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Earle is also committed to community service, having been appointed to represent individuals with expertise in the education, training, and developmental needs of youth, particularly disadvantaged youth. He will serve a second term in this role from February 15, 2024, to February 15, 2026. Earle B.
