Welcome to the Licensing Division

The Licensing Division is responsible for determining eligibility for examination and licensure, monitoring licensee's compliance with continuing education requirements, and providing administrative support to the boards and oversees administration of examinations to those professions that have an examination requirement.

MiCLEAR is the online system for submitting all applications and documents related to this list of licensed professions. We request that applications in paper form no longer be submitted. Also, all documentation should be uploaded into MiCLEAR rather than mailed or emailed to us. For help, see the instructional guides here.
