Per the Michigan Fireworks Safety Act, Public Act 256 of 2011: A person shall not sell low-impact fireworks unless that person registers with the low-impact fireworks retail registry not less than 10 days before selling the fireworks in each calendar year and pays a $50.00 registry application fee for each retail location registered.
