Expiring License: Not Renewing

Licensees will be sent reminders to renew the license beginning 120 days before the license is due to expire and are able to start the renewal process 90 days before the date of expiration. Adult-use licensees are not permitted to continue operating after the license expiration date; there is no late renewal period for adult-use licensees. Medical licensees have a 60-day late renewal period in which they may complete their renewal steps after license expiration.
