May I fax or email my response to the letter I received?

No, responses cannot be faxed or emailed. Your response must be mailed to the address provided on the letter or sent online using Account Services via self-service.

Note: Not all letters are able to be viewed or responded to using the Individual Income Tax eService, under Account Services. Contact a representative at 517-636-4486 if you are unable to access them through Account Services.
