Am I required to submit an Annual Financial Statement (AFS) report if my license has been closed or not renewed?

Licensees are required to submit an AFS report that covers all licenses held by the licensee at any time during the reporting period. If the AFS report would only include license(s) that are closed, an AFS report is not required. If the licensee has a closed license, but has other active licenses during the reporting period, the AFS report will be required only for those active licenses. The closed license(s) would not be required to be reported on the AFS report.
