The Military Advisory Committee was formed in June of 2022 to advise MDOC on policy and topics related to the support of military and veteran employees, spouses, and families. The committee is chaired by the Veteran Liaison Specialist to provide input and education regarding the recruitment, retention, acknowledgment, and benefits for veterans/active military within the department.
