Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency
We Stand for Those Who Served
The MVAA is the central coordinating agency, providing support, care, advocacy and service to veterans and their families.
When our veterans and their loved ones need support, the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) is here to serve them.
Contacting the Michigan Veteran Affairs Agency
At the MVAA, we work hard to provide veterans and their families with the resources and connections you need to be successful and have earned through service. The Michigan Veteran Resource Service Center (MVRSC) helps veterans and their families access discharge documents, get connected to Veteran Service Officers and find services to assist in their needs.
If you would like to speak to a technician with the MVRSC, call 1-800-MICH-VET (1-800-642-4838). Our technicians are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The MVRSC can perform check-ins on Michigan veterans to connect veterans with their benefits. To request a check-in, please click on the Check on MIVet form. If you would like to seek other resources, see the Veteran Benefits and Resources provided below.
