Reconnect Virtual Orientation

We are excited to announce the launch of the Michigan Reconnect virtual orientation! This orientation is for accepted and enrolled Michigan Reconnect Scholarship participants (Reconnectors) to join in a webinar style format to learn more about the scholarship awarding process, annual maintenance requirements, student success tips and more! Led by Reconnect Navigators, our hope is that Reconnectors will walk away with a stronger confidence in their next steps and participation in the scholarship program.

What can you expect from Reconnect Virtual Orientation?

  • Learn what to expect in your first semester.
  • Become aware of the support systems and college resources available to be successful.
  • Become familiar with your responsibilities as a student Michigan Reconnect participant.
  • Learn more about important deadlines, academic calendar and financial aid.

Register for a session that works for you:

Every second Wednesday, 10-11 a.m.

Every second Wednesday, 6-7 p.m.

Every Tuesday from 12-2 p.m. and Thursday from 5-7 p.m. members of the Michigan Reconnect Navigator team will be online to provide one-on-one support to Michigan Reconnect Students to answer their individual questions about the program and even help with completing their FAFSA.
