The Michigan Citizen-Community Emergency Response Coordinating Council (MCCERCC) is a Governor’s appointed Council, operated by the Michigan State Police (MSP) that was established to support and enhance Michigan's homeland security, community health, public safety, and all hazard preparedness with responsible leadership and planning. Captain Sweeney, Chairperson of the MCCERCC, has recognized the need for a mechanism to allow Emergency Managers to observe and listen to our quarterly meetings. Through new technology recently installed in the MSP’s 1917 Conference Room, we are pleased to announce that you can join our meetings through Microsoft Teams.
