 Be advised that it typically takes 3 - 30 days for a crash report to be available for purchase within the Traffic Crash Purchasing System.  

UD-10 Traffic Crash Reports may be purchased online for $15.00 through the Traffic Crash Purchasing System.

Please be aware that the Traffic Crash Reporting unit CAN NOT provide the following assistance: 

• Filing a traffic crash report for an accident that needs to be reported 
• Modifying or making corrections to a published traffic crash report 
• Providing information such as a report number, insurance information, information regarding the involved parties, etc. via phone or email
